Customer service is not good, because there is no way to send your complaint in writing, but only a live chat, which takes more time. They systematically forget to bring receipts/invoices for the orders and usually drivers who deliver items cannot help at all.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My recent order from Hungry Station was a complete letdown. Not only did the food arrive a staggering two hours late, but it was also cold upon arrival. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from the restaurant's end. No one seemed willing to take responsibility for the delay and the subpar condition of the food. It's unacceptable for a food delivery service to fail on such basic levels of service. Hungry Station needs to address these issue

Before it is good, I have a subscription for 1 year and will expire in october. Suddenly, I just updated my app. And showed it was deleted and can't be retrived. I also reached for the help centre, but they can't get back may subscription. Still not april 25 no update regarding my concern.
