The problem I've constantly had is it's too easy to take unintentional actions that ruin your progress. Everything is done in just a swipe and there's no undo option, so I've accidentally placed buildings and crops and used gems I never intended. It's so frustrating that I'll probably stop playing. There are in app buttons to give feedback or report issues or talk to the community, but those don't work. But it's quite cute and I love that it's offline, and that I can control when I see adds.

We work hard to enhance the game and your experience, so your complaint/request will be taken into account by developers, although please consider raising your rating and remember to update the game. Moreover, we regret the inoperability of the buttons you mention, but we are currently in a development process as a company. Hope you understand it.

I absolutely love this farm game... Way above any of the others. The reason for the 3 stars in lieu of 5 is the inability to change devices without losing everything you've accomplished. I like this game enough that I have started over... many times but really want to be able to save my progress and continue on. I won't purchase anything from the game for this reason. Why spend money on anything that will be lost with the next phone change. will be glad to change to 5 stars when fixed.

You need to email us form the game settings by tapping on issue report button write your concern with some farm screenshots and send it to us, then we will provide you a code so you will be able to play from your old levels. it is a fun and all around great game, with some issues. The games a bit grindy by the tine you are able to save enough gold to purchase buildings (ie. cupcake factory) you are all ready leveled high enough to be needing the next building and so on. It doesnt break the game just makes it seem like you have to purchase items if you want to keep up. Also the shop is broken, if you click on a link to purchase something it trys selling you something else. The entire special offer section does this.
