I've been a Etisalat customer for so long. But I always get disappointed when I call customer support. Recently I upgraded my e-life plan and received faulty router(sercomm), and wifi works intermittently. I used the automated trouble shooting service many times, but no luck. Called customer support many times, Since the router is working intermittently, I realized there is no way that I get support from Etisalat. So I ended-up buying a good router my-self and fixed the issue. 😞

For the 1st time in 20 years, Etisalat has been ignoring me although I called several times to record my complaint. The call center agent is very nice on the phone, but no action is taken afterwards, and I get a message that the case is closed 🙄... What's happening to you guys? Did you change your management or something ? You were acting very professionally in the past ... now you're just ignorant and non-responsive. I'm very disappointed in such a giant company 😔

Man.... I set up autopayment some time ago. And for some reason today received big message about credit reaching 1000 and that I will be cut out of service. Are you kidding me? This is not how it should work definitely. You have my card attached as autopayment with my authorization. Resolve it by yourself, no need to send me all those! Needless to say my actual bill was around 700, nog even close to 1000.
