The Home page

Once you log-in you will be taken to the home page of your account, where you can see the latest news from people and pages you are following on Twitter, you can interact with the posts by commenting, liking or retweeting, it is also possible to send the tweet to a friend privately as a message. Twitter will also make your suggestions for people and pages to follow based on your activities.

The search tab

From this tab you can search for any topic, public figure, page, company, channel or anything of your interest Twitter will show you the most relevant tweets for your search. With current events, it is better to use the trending hashtag for that event to follow what the people are saying about it.

Using the app to tweet

You can post tweets by tapping the tweet button on the upper right corner of the app. The maximum number letters in a tweet are 280, it was originally 140 letters but later doubled. You can add photos and videos to your tweet, tag others in the tweet as well by referring the with the @ symbol and make polls and surveys.

Personal page

From this page, you can set up your account details, manage privacy settings, see your followers and people you follow, manage your saved tweets and logout from twitter.

Notifications

Twitter will keep you informed about any activities on your posts from the notifications tab.

Message tab

in this tab, you can send and receive messages from friends and followers or others. You can always block anyone spamming or harassing you.
