Very very very bad support, I don't think support even exists for the app ! Shame I used to rate this app 5 stars, considering the ratings same as hunger station, however they're much much much better as customer service and support, here if you order there's no way to cancel, even if the order is late, and no one to complain to during the waiting! Even the reps don't speak no Arabic or English! How the hell am I suppose to communicate with the driver! The whole system is weak & your reps knows

Please don't subscribe to their plan. It is just trying to fool customers. After I subscribed, the restaurant I preferred was listed in my subscription only for a day. The next day the same restaurant had Delivery Charges and was put in the most expensive Subscription Plan. It is like a scam.

I won't recommend this application to anyone who wants a hassle-free food delivery. Unfortunately, I was forced to install and use this application while I moved to another location, and faced this problem during my second order and delivery. The delivery rider was unable to reach my area, where the predecessor could find me and deliver the food on time. I lost my time and cash, even if that's none of my fault.
