Extensive support for video formats
Shotcut supports many modern video and audio formats using the FFmpeg library, and it supports BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, SVG, TGA, TIFF, WebP image formats. As for video quality, the support extends to support 4K videos.
It can capture videos from the camera connected to the computer and record audio directly via the microphone, and it can also stream live videos over the network using one of the following technologies (HTTP, HLS, RTMP, RTSP, MMS, UDP).
Shotcut offers several audio measurement options such as loudness, peak meter, waveform, and spectrum analyzer. In addition, you can adjust the volume.
The program has several audio filters to add effects and adjust the sound, such as bass, treble, sound pressure, delay, sound amplification, channel switching and many more. The fading effect can also be added at the start and end of the audio track.
